Fertigation System Ltd, trading as Fertigation Systems, looks after the personal information you give us through this website. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you use the “Book a farm assessment” form we collect what you type in: your name, farm location, phone number, email address, irrigation type and message. With each enquiry the website also records the date and time, the page address, your IP address and your browser details.

If you phone or email us instead, we keep the details you give us so we can look after your enquiry.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a farm assessment.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to the Fertigation Systems team and stored in the website’s admin area. It passes through the companies that host this website and carry its email.

Website visits

Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and to keep our customer records.

Your rights
